Admitted to the German bar as Rechtsanwalt in 2011.

Adrian von Prittwitz is a Corporate /M&A partner of Gütt Olk Feldhaus and advises his clients on all corporate law matters including capital markets law issues.

He has many years of broad experience in advising listed and privately held companies, financial investors and private clients on national and international M&A transactions and restructurings as well as ongoing corporate and capital markets law matters (including boardroom advice).

Adrian studied law at the universities of Bonn and Münster and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Securities Law from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE). He completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg with seats in Frankfurt (German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority - BaFin) and New York (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP).

Prior to joining Gütt Olk Feldhaus Adrian worked with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Hamburg from 2011 until 2016.

  • Advising the German Federal Government on corporate law aspects of a public contract in the context of a foreign investment clearance procedure
  • Regular advice to ZF Friedrichshafen on joint ventures and other M&A transactions, including the joint venture with e.GO Mobile, the acquisition of a stake in the ASAP Group and the sale of Astyx GmbH to GM Cruise
  • Advising Mast-Jägermeister SE on investment in GIN SUL and acquisition of distribution companies in Eastern Europe from Rémy Cointreau
  • Advising the Allianz Group on its investment in N26
  • Advising the founders of online pharmacy medpex on the sale to DocMorris (Zur Rose Group)
  • Regularly advises BlackFin Capital Partners, including on its sale of the Group and acquisition of Bonnfinanz from the Zurich Group
