Admitted to the German bar as Rechtsanwältin in 2023.

Antonia Gaupp is an associate of Gütt Olk Feldhaus since 2025 and advises on all corporate and commercial matters. She specializes in M&A as well as private equity transactions.

Antonia graduated in law from Martin-Luther-University in Halle-Wittenberg and completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main.

Prior to joining Gütt Olk Feldhaus, Antonia worked as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis International LLP in Munich.
