Admitted to the German bar as Rechtsanwalt in 2019.

Dominik Forstner is a senior associate of GOF since 2019 and advises on all corporate and commercial matters. He specializes in M&A as well as private equity transactions. His expertise also covers disputes and litigation.

Dominik graduated in law from the University of Augsburg. He completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, inter alia, with a training position in San Francisco and holds a doctorate degree (Dr. jur.) from Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich.
