Admitted to the German bar as Rechtsanwalt in 2004.
Heiner Feldhaus is a founding partner of Gütt Olk Feldhaus. He advises clients on all corporate and commercial matters, including capital markets and regulatory issues.
Heiner has many years of experience advising publicly listed and privately owned companies as well as private equity investors and venture capital funds on national and international M&A transactions. He also has extensive experience in providing ongoing advice to family-owned businesses and shareholders, including advising on succession and inheritance issues.
Dr. Heiner Feldhaus is Chairman of the Board of sdw Alumni e.V. (Alumni Association of the Foundation of German Business / Studienförderwerk Klaus Murmann) and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation of German Business bR.
Heiner studied in Heidelberg, Bonn, Brussels and New York, and completed his legal traineeship in Hamburg, Berlin and Frankfurt. In 2002, he received his doctorate (Dr. jur.) from the University of Bonn. Prior to founding Gütt Olk Feldhaus, Heiner spent several years with leading law firms in Berlin and Munich, latterly at the Munich office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP.
He is the author of several publications on corporate and capital markets law.
