Admitted to the German bar as Rechtsanwalt in 2021.
Dr. Lucas Lengersdorf is a Counsel at GOF since 2026 and advises private equity sponsors, private credit funds and companies on banking and capital markets law. His advisory work focuses in particular on acquisition financings, unitranche and term loan B financings, HoldCo/PIK structures as well as bank/bond transactions.
Dr. Lucas Lengersdorf received his doctorate degree in law (Dr. jur.) from the University of Hamburg after completing his studies at the universities of Passau and Munich. He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main.
Prior to joining GOF, Dr. Lucas Lengersdorf worked as a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Frankfurt am Main and New York.
