Admitted to the German bar as Rechtsanwalt in 2022.
Hans-Joachim Englert is a senior associate with GOF since 2025. He advises banks and companies on banking and capital markets law. His focus also includes the area of private equity and advising companies on all financial law issues arising in this regard.
Hans-Joachim graduated in law from the universities of Konstanz and Tübingen. He completed his traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart.
Prior to joining GOF, Hans-Joachim worked as an associate at Allen Overy Shearman Sterling LLP in Frankfurt and Munich.
