Admitted to the German bar as Rechtsanwältin in 2020.
Katharina Pröbstl is a senior associate of Gütt Olk Feldhaus since November 2024 and advises banks and companies on banking and capital markets law. Her focus also includes the area of private equity and advising companies on all financial law issues arising in this regard.
Katharina graduated in law from the University of Passau and King's College London, where she obtained an LL.M. (International Financial Law). She completed her legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg (Local Court of Regensburg).
Prior to joining Gütt Olk Feldhaus, Katharina worked as a senior associate at Hogan Lovells International LLP in Munich.
