Admitted to the German bar as Rechtsanwalt in 2018.

Matthias Uelner is a senior associate of GOF since 2018 and advises on all corporate and commercial matters. He specializes in M&A as well as private equity transactions. His expertise also covers disputes and litigation.

Matthias graduated in law from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich. He completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with a training station in Cape Town, South Africa. Matthias Uelner already gained experience during his legal traineeship working for, among others, GOF.
