Curriculum vitae

Admitted to the German bar as Rechtsanwalt in 2018.

Matthias Uelner is an attorney with GOF since 2018, as of January 2025 he is Counsel and advises on all corporate and commercial matters. He specializes in M&A as well as private equity transactions. His expertise also covers disputes and litigation.

Matthias graduated in law from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich. He completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with a training station in Cape Town, South Africa. Matthias Uelner already gained experience during his legal traineeship working for, among others, GOF.
