David Ziegelmayer specializes in the areas of unfair competition and trademark law. He represents companies nationwide before the courts, especially in the context of preliminary injunction proceedings. A special focus is on the representation of clients in the economically important area of know-how protection, for example in cases of misappropriation of trade and business secrets, such as customer data or technical know-how. He contributes with his comprehensive experience to projects, collaborations, M&A transactions and other business transactions.

David Ziegelmayer studied in Trier and Lyon. Until 2017, he worked as counsel for a leading international law firm. David Ziegelmayer is co-author of an extensive work on unfair competition litigation law and a regular speaker on legal specialist topics such as the protection of trade secrets or legal questions regarding social media.
