Munich, August 23, 2018 – The current law firm ranking of the German business magazine WirtschaftsWoche lists Gütt Olk Feldhaus among the top M&A law firms in Germany and founding partner Dr. Sebastian Olk as one of the top 25 M&A-attorneys in the German market.
Gütt Olk Feldhaus thereby managed to secure a place among the most recommended legal transaction advisors. The WirtschaftsWoche-ranking lists a total number of 59 attorneys and 52 law firms that are particularly recommended for M&A advisory.
The ranking is based on a survey conducted by the Handelsblatt Research Institute, which in a threestep-procedure first identified more than 2,700 legal M&A experts out of 110 law firms. These experts could then name the two most renowned individual lawyers and law firms. 287 M&Alawyers participated in the survey. This process resulted in a list, which then was conclusively evaluated by a jury of five top-class experts.
