Munich, June 11, 2025 – The U.S. publisher Best Lawyers, in exclusive cooperation with Handelsblatt, has once again identified the most outstanding business lawyers in Germany for the year 2025.
The latest edition published in Handelsblatt is based on the 17th edition of the Best Lawyers ranking. Gütt Olk Feldhaus has once again been recognized in this year’s ranking:
Dr Heiner Feldhaus (M&A), Dr Kilian Helmreich (Private Equity, Corporate), Dr Sebastian Olk (M&A, Corporate), Adrian von Prittwitz (M&A) and Dr Tilmann Gütt (Banking & Finance). For the first time, our associate Antonia Gaupp has also been honoured in the category "Ones to Watch in Germany" for her work in M&A and Corporate.
As part of the selection process, business lawyers are invited to recommend peers they particularly value in specific legal fields. The methodology is based on the belief that lawyers themselves are best positioned to assess the qualifications and capabilities of their colleagues. Nominations may come from anyone except the nominee themselves.
The result is a comprehensive list of “Best Lawyers of the Year 2025.” Lawyers with an outstanding current market standing are listed in their respective areas as “Lawyers of the Year 2025.”
