Munich, February 18, 2021 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised DPE Deutsche Private Equity GmbH on its investment in Ginkgo Management Consulting GmbH.
The investment coincides with the union of Ginkgo Management Consulting with the Swiss AWK Group, an independent international management and technology consultancy headquartered in Switzerland. Together, the two companies form a powerful consulting group for digital transformation. DPE has already held a stake in AWK Group since 2017. Ginkgo Management Consulting will be active as sister organization of AWK Group in the German market.
