Munich, 18 May 2020 – Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised the shareholder and CEO of OPUS ONE Recruitment GmbH, Sascha Yassine, on the sale of a majority stake to univativ Group.
Munich based OPUS ONE Recruitment GmbH was founded in 2011. The company offers personnel services in the areas of temporary and permanent employment for the banking industry as well as in the areas of office, finance, tax, law and IT. Shareholder, Sascha Yassine, will remain with OPUS ONE Recruitment GmbH as CEO and will systematically develop the company together with univativ Group.
