Munich, May 5, 2021 - The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised HANNOVER Finanz and ARCUS Capital AG on the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in Löwenstark Digital Group.
The investors will hold more than 75 percent of the shares in the leading online marketing service provider from Braunschweig. Both, the founder Marian Wurm and the entire management team headed by CEO Hartmut Deiwick, invested significantly in the course of the transaction.
The acquisition financing was provided by Norddeutsche Landesbank. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price or the amount of the financing.
