Munich, March 28, 2023 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised Frankfurt based PLENTICON GROUP GmbH, a portfolio company of Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen GmbH, on the acquisition of IT services provider microPLAN group.
With the addition of microPLAN based in Emsdetten, Germany, the group expands its range of competencies, particularly with regard to services around DATEV software and consulting, and data processing centers, increasing its geographic reach at the same time.
PLENTICON GROUP is one of the leading German full-service providers in the IT services industry. The majority shareholder is Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen GmbH (HQIB).
With around 120 employees at seven locations, microPLAN is one of the largest IT innovation managers in Germany. The company’s portfolio includes cloud services, ASP/IT outsourcing, IT and DATEV solutions.
The GOF team, led by partners Sebastian Olk and Tilmann Gütt, advised PLENTICON and Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen GmbH on all transaction-related legal issues as well as on the acquisition financing. The firm had previously advised the group on the acquisition of Systemhaus Cramer GmbH, PK Office GmbH and Horn & Cosifan Computersysteme GmbH.
