Munich, October 1, 2021 – Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised ARCUS Capital, BE Beteiligungen and IRIS Capital on the sale of 1-2-3.tv group to iMedia Brands, Inc. The closing of the transaction is subject to merger control approval.
1-2-3.tv, headquartered in Grünwald near Munich, was the first German-language teleshopping provider to auction off a diverse range of products via Dutch auctions. ARCUS Capital and BE Beteiligungen acquired a stake in the group in October 2016 and together with IRIS Capital developed it from a pure teleshopping broadcaster into an interactive multichannel provider. The sale to iMedia Brands is part of 1-2-3.tv's long-term growth and internationalisation strategy.
ARCUS Capital AG is a Munich-based investment company that focuses on investments in medium-sized companies in the DACH region. The company portfolio consists of industrial, software and online companies with a total turnover of approx. €300 million.
