Munich, January 19, 2021 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised MAN Energy Solutions SE on the acquisition of the remaining majority stake in the electrolysis technology company H-TEC SYSTEMS GmbH, Augsburg. GOF already provided legal advice to MAN Energy Solutions SE on the acquisition of a 40% participation in H-TEC Systems in 2019. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction is subject to obtaining merger control approvals.
H-TEC SYSTEMS has more than 20 years of experience in research and development of hydrogen technology. At its sites in Braak and Augsburg the company develops and manufactures stacks and electrolysers for the production of hydrogen.
