Munich, 18 January 2023 – Commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised Muehlhan Holding GmbH on a syndicated loan for Muehlhan Group arranged by Commerzbank AG.
The financing occurred simultaneously with the closing of the acquisition of the core operating assets of Muehlhan AG, including Muehlhan’s European and growing US operations by One Equity Partners.
Muehlhan is headquartered in Hamburg and a global provider of surface protection solutions catering to the marine, infrastructure and offshore wind energy industries. In 2022 Muehlhan achieved a combined revenue of EUR 270m and employed almost 2,000 staff.
