Munich, June 14, 2023 – Business law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised Oldenburgische Landesbank Aktiengesellschaft (OLB) as Mandated Lead Arranger and Lender on the financing of the acquisition of AraCom IT Services GmbH by Maxburg. The financing comprised an acquisition as well as a working capital facility.
AraCom IT Services GmbH is a specialist in custom software development services for small and mid-sized companies and enterprise customers. Founded in 1998 and based in Gersthofen, Germany, the company has more than 200 employees at four sites in southern Germany.
