Munich, October 4, 2023 - The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised Quadriga Capital on the refinancing of its portfolio company GIG Gesellschaft für integrierte Gesundheitsversorgung (GIG Group).
GIG Group was founded in 2020 and is a growing association of physician-led outpatient care centres and day-care facilities in the fields of cardiology, angiology, pneumology, vascular surgery and pain therapy.
