Munich, December 8, 2022 –Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised French Scalian group on the acquisition of the energy specialist Conenergy Consult GmbH with locations in Berlin und Essen by the Hamburg based consulting company Tagueri AG.
Conenergy Consult is a specialist in strategic, economic, political and organizational consulting for companies in the energy industry for over 25 years. The company focuses on energy, heat and mobility transition.
Tagueri AG is a consulting and implementation partner for technology, project and process management for almost 30 years. With over 650 employees at eleven locations in Germany, Tagueri AG provides solutions in system and technology development as well as in the area of digitalization for renowned companies and organizations in various industries. The company is part of the Scalian group since 2020.
Created in 1989, Scalian is a specialist in business transformation through its expertise in both business processes and digital technologies.
