Munich, November 21, 2025 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised AURELIUS WK Thirty-One DS GmbH on the financing of the acquisition of DEMIS GmbH.
DEMIS GmbH, based in Wölfersheim (Hesse), is a specialized provider of technical industrial services. Since its founding in 2000 by Sascha Dousa, the company has developed into an established partner to the industry and is now active at four locations. The portfolio includes the maintenance, servicing and modernization of industrial plants, the service for pumps including delivery, installation and 24/7 incident assistance, as well as the repair of electrical machines such as motors, generators and transformers. The range of services is supplemented by TIC tests, inspections and certifications.
