Munich, June 04, 2026 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised Oldenburgische Landesbank and NORD/LB as lenders for the acquisition financing of the partnership between the Fringsgruppe and Vidia.
The Frings Group ("Frings") will become part of the Vidia Climate Fund I ("Vidia"). The partnership creates the basis for a long-term succession solution in the interests of the entrepreneurial family. CEO Josef M. Frings will continue to accompany the company as a member of the Advisory Board after an orderly transition period as the Group embarks on its next phase of growth as an independent platform. Together, Frings and Vidia will expand their existing competencies in a targeted manner, expand the range of high-quality services and sustainably strengthen the Group's strong position in the regional SME market.
