Munich, February 5, 2025 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised the Paulaner Brewery Group on the partial acquisition of the Hatz-Moninger production site in Karlsruhe from Sinner AG, Moninger Holding Aktiengesellschaft and Hatz-Moninger-Brauhaus GmbH.
All jobs will be retained, with the private brewery Hoepfner, a subsidiary of the Paulaner Brewery Group, acting as the future employer. In addition, Fritz Bierhalter GmbH, also part of the Paulaner Brewery Group, is taking over Residenz Getränke Zentrum GmbH.
With this acquisition, the Paulaner Brewery Group is strengthening its production site in Karlsruhe. The Grünwinkel site offers ideal conditions for further growth, particularly in view of the increasing demand for beverages such as Paulaner Spezi.
The Hoepfner brewery will remain connected to its historic location in the castle and the city of Karlsruhe.
