Munich, November 25, 2025 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus is advising the Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe on the sale of Hopf to Tegernseer.
Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe will hand over the Hopf wheat beer brewery in Miesbach to the Herzoglich Bayerische Brauhaus Tegernsee in January 2026. A corresponding letter of intent has already been signed. Hopf's Managing Director Tilo Ruttmann will remain in his position, and all jobs will be retained.
Hopf, which has been part of the Paulaner Brewery Group since 2006, has further strengthened its position in the Bavarian wheat beer segment. Both breweries stand for Upper Bavarian beer culture and a long-standing partnership, which is now being deepened. The purchase price and other details were not disclosed.
