Munich, July 15, 2026 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised the shareholders of the PKF IVT Group, a professional group of consulting firms active in the areas of auditing, tax consulting, tax compliance, IT consulting and legal advice, on the merger with an existing group of auditing and consultancy companies, which includes PKF WMS, among others. The strategic development of the group is supported by Ufenau Capital Partners.
PKF IVT, headquartered in Munich, employs around 160 people. As a partner-managed auditing and tax consulting firm, it supports international group companies, medium-sized companies, fund structures, public institutions and private individuals.
The transaction is still subject to antitrust clearance.
