Munich, June 17, 2026 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has comprehensively advised Liberta Partners Fund II GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of Medas Group to a fund advised by NORD Holding.
The Medas Group specializes in private medical billing and serves more than 2,000 practices and facilities nationwide with in-depth GOÄ expertise and a comprehensive digital service and product offering. Liberta Partners acquired Medas in 2022, consistently developed it into an end-to-end digitized business model, and most recently acquired Arco VerrechnungsSysteme GmbH as part of its buy-and-build strategy.
Liberta Partners is a private equity firm based in Munich that acquires and develops medium-sized companies in the DACH region. The focus is on succession situations and corporate spin-offs.
NORD Holding, with assets under management of EUR 4.0bn, is one of the leading private equity and asset management companies in Germany.
The transaction is still subject to regulatory approval.
