Munich, July 14, 2026 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised LOGEX Healthcare Analytics on the acquisition of Tiplu GmbH.
Tiplu develops digital, data-driven software solutions for hospitals, some of which are based on artificial intelligence. With its MOMO software, Tiplu offers a complete solution for operational medical controlling in hospitals, in particular for securing revenues within the framework of classic case-by-case coding, concurrent (case-accompanying) coding and complex analysis and simulation functions for large case volumes.
LOGEX is a European market leader in the field of health data analytics headquartered in Amsterdam. LOGEX offers its data-driven SaaS solutions and analytics primarily to hospitals in the areas of financial analytics, operating room performance evaluation, patient engagement, and real-world data.
The aim of the future cooperation is to create a more comprehensive basis for data-based decisions in hospitals, and to link medical, economic and process-related information more closely with each other.
The closing of the transaction is still subject to regulatory approvals.
