Munich, August 17, 2026 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has comprehensively advised Maguar Capital, a German tech investor specializing in small and medium-sized B2B software companies, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Schlafender Hase GmbH. Wieland Capital and one of the co-founders are reinvesting significantly and will accompany Schlafender Hase together with Maguar in the next phase of growth.
Maguar Capital is a Munich-based technology investor with a focus on B2B software companies in the DACH region and selected European markets. Maguar supports management teams in the implementation of their growth plans in the long term and in partnership.
Since 2001, Schlafender Hase has been developing software for content and artwork verification for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. With its deterministic software, the company supports customers in reliably detecting errors and deviations in documents, packaging and labels. Together with Maguar, the international go-to-market will be expanded, the web-based platform will be further developed and expansion into adjacent regulated industries will be promoted.
