Munich, December 05, 2025 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised funds advised by the Munich-based investment company Maxburg Capital Management GmbH on the financing of the acquisition of AAC Praxisberatung AG.
Maxburg Beteiligungen IV GmbH & Co. KG ("Maxburg"), an investment company advised by Maxburg Capital Management GmbH, has entered into a partnership with AAC Praxisberatung AG ("AAC"), a leading software-based service provider for the management and auditing of the billing of physicians in the German statutory health insurance system.
For more than 20 years, AAC has been supporting physicians in private practice and medical care centers (MVZ) in economically secure and transparent practice management. The company specialises in billing controlling as well as plausibility and profitability analyses.
