Munich, March 19, 2025 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised Patrimonium Private Equity Fund SCSp on the acquisition of a majority stake in SPIRIT-TESTING Software & Services GmbH and SPIRIT-ONSIDE Consulting GmbH (Spirit-Testing) by TestSolutions Group, a portfolio company of Patrimonium Private Equity and COI Partners.
With the acquisition of Spirit-Testing, TestSolutions strengthens its position in quality assurance for software applications and development. Spirit-Testing complements the service portfolio, particularly in the public sector and MedTech areas, and brings additional expertise in test automation as well as over 50 specialists.
Patrimonium Private Equity is advised by Patrimonium Private Equity Advisors AG, a subsidiary of Patrimonium Asset Management AG. Patrimonium manages private market investments in real estate, private debt, private equity and infrastructure, primarily in Switzerland, Germany and neighboring countries. Patrimonium manages assets in the amount of CHF 5 billion (as at 31 December 2024) and employs 70 people in Lausanne and Zurich.
