Munich, June 24, 2026 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised private equity investor EOS on the acquisition of a majority stake in the due diligence platform and data room provider Drooms AG, based in Zug, Switzerland, and its subsidiaries. The goal of the strategic partnership is the international growth of Drooms and the further development of its AI-powered platform. Founder Alexandre Grellier has acquired a reinvestment and will continue to lead the company as CEO. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Drooms supports clients in the real estate, corporate finance, legal and energy sectors along the entire transaction process – from data preparation to due diligence and long-term document management. The company combines more than 20 years of transaction experience with its own AI technology and places particular emphasis on data security, European data sovereignty and GDPR compliance.
The Munich-based private equity investor EOS invests in medium-sized companies in the areas of software and IT, healthcare and industrial technology and supports them in their further development with capital, strategic expertise and a broad network. EOS manages more than EUR 500 million in equity and focuses on sustainable growth and buy-and-build strategies.
