Munich, July 4, 2025 - The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised SOLVVision on its merger with the iTSM Group.
The two leading ServiceNow Elite Partners, iTSM Group and SOLVVision, are joining forces to form a group of companies. In the course of this, iTSM founder Siegfried Riedel sells a majority stake, but remains involved in the group. In addition to him, the main shareholders of the new group are the financial investor PROM12 – who has already held a stake in SOLVVision since 2024 – and Patrick Kasimir, CEO of SOLVVision. Other executives from SOLVVision and iTSM are also involved.
