Munich, November 25, 2024 – Gütt Olk Feldhaus promotes Maximilian Spindler, LL.M. (Columbia) to salary partner with effect from 1 January 2025. At the same time, Matthias Uelner is appointed counsel of the firm.
Maximilian Spindler advises listed and non-listed companies, entrepreneurs and financial investors on corporate and commercial law with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions. After his studies at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, the University of Oxford and Humboldt-Universität in Berlin and his LL.M. at Columbia Law School in New York, he worked as a lawyer at Hengeler Mueller in Frankfurt and London and at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London. Maximilian Spindler joined Gütt Olk Feldhaus as a senior associate in 2021 and was appointed counsel in January 2024.
Matthias Uelner advises listed and non-listed companies, entrepreneurs and financial investors on all aspects of corporate and commercial law as well. He also focuses on complex M&A and private equity transactions, including management participation programmes. His expertise also includes litigation. Matthias Uelner studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. He has been a lawyer with Gütt Olk Feldhaus since 2018 and was promoted to senior associate in 2021.
