Munich, September 17, 2025 - For the first time, the F.A.Z. Institute and QuantiQuest are researching outstanding legal competence and honoring the best lawyers.
GOF's partners, Dr. Sebastian Olk and Adrian von Prittwitz in the Corporate Law / M&A category and Dr. Tilmann Gütt in the Banking & Finance category, were honored by the F.A.Z. Institute. The award is part of the first study conducted by the F.A.Z. Institute in cooperation with QuantiQuest, which identifies Germany's most outstanding lawyers.
The aim of the study is to make outstanding legal achievements visible and to offer clients a well-founded orientation in the choice of legal representation. The selection of the honorees is based on a combination of AI-supported analysis of around one million client judgments and a comprehensive survey of colleagues and in-house counsel. A total of about 40,000 recommendations were evaluated.
In the area of commercial advocacy, the assessments of 16,500 in-house lawyers as well as recommendations from the legal profession were taken into account. Among other things, professional competence, accessibility, trustworthiness and cost transparency were evaluated.
