Munich, August 10, 2018 – The law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised ARCUS Capital AG on the sale of its majority participation in KAMA GmbH to funds advised by PREMIUM Equity Partners.
KAMA, being based in Dresden for over 118 years, develops and manufactures highly innovative machinery for the graphics industry.
ARCUS Capital is an independent Munich based investment company which was founded by entrepreneurs 20 years ago. Its investment focus is on medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries.
Gütt Olk Feldhaus had already advised ARCUS Capital on the acquisition of its majority participation in KAMA in 2014. Both managing directors Steffen Pieper and Marcus Tralau will continue to be shareholders and part of the company's management team.
