Munich, November 28, 2018 – The law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised DPE Deutsche Private Equity GmbH on its investment in BE-terna.
The BE-terna group is a leading full service provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. It generates revenues of almost EUR 70 million with a workforce of almost 500 employees in 12 locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The group's management will continue to be invested in BE-terna.
DPE Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) is an independent German investment company that invests in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. DPE manages total assets of EUR 1.2 billion.
The transaction is subject to antitrust approvals.
