Munich, July 3, 2018 – Business law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised Paragon Partners on the financing of the acquisition of German stock corporation inprotec AG.
The financing, which was provided by a syndicate of banks comprising Bremer Kreditbank AG, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft und ODDO BHF Aktiengesellschaft, consists of term loans as well as a working capital facility.
Both the purchase price and the volume of the financing were agreed to be kept confidential.

Both will remain significant shareholders in the company and also remain responsible for the management and development of the business going forward, whilst Paragon will support inprotec by providing additional resources for future organic and inorganic growth.
