Munich, 17 October 2017 – Law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG on its return to the syndicated loan market. The revolving credit facility in an amount of Euro 100 million has been arranged by UniCredit and DZ Bank as Mandated Lead Arrangers and will be provided by a syndicate of banks that also comprises Bayerische Landesbank, Commerzbank, Helaba and Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank.
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG generates a turnover of approx. Euro 1.2bn and is one of the longestablished private operators of hospitals and medical centers in Germany.
