Munich, May 14, 2024 – The commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised Patrimonium Private Equity Fund SCSp on the acquisition of a stake in :em engineering methods AG. The acquisition was carried out together with Wille Finance.
:em engineering methods AG, based in Darmstadt, is a consulting company specializing in digital transformation. With more than 100 experts the company offers a broad range of consulting services and IT applications. :em engineering methods is particularly well represented in sectors such as industry and automation, mobility and transportation, electrical and information technology, aerospace technology, medical technology and life sciences.
