Munich, October 24, 2023 – Commercial law firm Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised Muehlhan Holding GmbH on the refinancing of a syndicated loan for Muehlhan Group arranged by Commerzbank AG.
The refinancing occurred together with international add-on acquisitions after the acquisition of the core operating assets of Muehlhan AG, including Muehlhan’s European and growing US operations by the private equity investor One Equity Partners.
Muehlhan is headquartered in Hamburg and a global provider of surface protection solutions catering to the marine, infrastructure and offshore wind energy industries. In 2022 Muehlhan achieved a combined revenue of EUR 270m and employed almost 2,000 staff.
