Munich, July 13, 2023 – Gütt Olk Feldhaus has advised funds advised by DPE Deutsche Private Equity on the acquisition of a majority stake in Atacama software group.
The founders and the managing directors of the Atacama group remain invested resp. invest alongside DPE.
Atacama is a leading provider of healthcare software, such as web-based solutions for case management of statutory health insurers, and software for patient documentation and care planning in hospitals.
GOF has advised DPE on the transaction itself as well as on the debt financing.
