Munich, June 1, 2023 – Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised Gimv NV on the acquisition of a majority stake in ERS electronics GmbH. The managing directors of ERS retain a stake in the company and continue in their current management positions. Financial details were not disclosed.
ERS electronic GmbH is a world leading provider of thermal management solutions for semiconductor manufacturing. In addition to its headquarters in Germering near Munich, Germany, ERS electronic has sales subsidiaries and agencies in Shanghai and Dallas.
Gimv is a European investment company with over 40 years of experience in private equity. The company is listed on Euronext Brussels and currently has EUR 1.5 billion of assets under management. The portfolio includes 60 companies with a combined turnover of EUR 3.7 billion and 20,000 employees.
