Munich, December 13, 2021 – Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised the founder and sole shareholder of Truck-line GmbH on the sale of a majority stake in the company to the Swedish Sorb Industri AB.
Truck-line, headquartered in Ahrensburg near Hamburg, is a leading producer of individual truck-accessories and articles of truck-styling. Under the brand "LightFix" Truck-line distributes in particular light bars for leading European truck-producers.
Sorb Industri AB is part of the Swedish Lifco Group, a stock-listed investment company with a focus on small and mid-sized businesses in Europe.
The founder will remain shareholder of Truck-line.
