Maximilian Spindler, LL.M. (Columbia)*

Admitted to the German bar as Rechtsanwalt in 2015.

Maximilian Spindler is a senior associate of GOF since 2021. As of January 2024 es is Counsel of GOF. Maximilian advises on all corporate and business law matters. He specializes in M&A as well as private equity transactions.

Maximilian studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, the University of Oxford and the Humboldt University in Berlin. He completed his legal traineeship in the district court of Frankfurt am Main. He completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) programme at Columbia Law School in New York City.

Prior to joining Gütt Olk Feldhaus, Maximilian Spindler worked as an associate at Hengeler Mueller in Frankfurt am Main and London and at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London.
