Munich, May 9, 2022 – GOF Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised DPE Deutsche Private Equity and other Co-investors on the sale of BE-terna group to Telefónica Tech.
BE-terna is a provider of cloud-based and industry-specific software solutions. The BE-terna group with its more than 1,000 employees operates from 28 locations in the DACH-region, Adriatics, Nordics and the Netherlands.
The purchaser Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech S.L.U. is a subsidiary of the Spanish stock exchange listed telecommunication company Telefónica S.A.
The consummation of the transaction is subject to merger control approval.
