Admitted to the German bar as Rechtsanwältin in 2020.

Dr. Ricarda Theis is an associate of GOF since 2020 and advises on all corporate and commercial matters. She specializes in M&A as well as private equity transactions. Her expertise also covers disputes and litigation.

Ricarda graduated in law from the Universities of Bayreuth and Munich. She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, inter alia, with a training position in New York.
